The EBC Real Estate Fund II offers qualified investors the opportunity to participate alongside EBC in premium residential development projects. We co-invest in every project, ensuring complete alignment of interests with our investors.

Our investment focus is on boutique townhouse and apartment developments in established metropolitan suburbs with strong fundamentals—proximity to transport, schools, employment hubs, and lifestyle amenities.

Each project is structured as a standalone SPV and operated through a Unit Trust structure, providing investors with clear asset-level transparency and the ability to select specific opportunities that match their investment criteria.
