Kris Wang is Co-Founder and Managing Director of EBC Asset Management, with 13+ years of global markets experience across investment management, structured products, derivatives trading, and risk and compliance governance. He sets the firm’s strategic direction, chairs the investment governance process, and leads portfolio construction, risk management and research for institutional and high-net-worth investors.

Previously, Kris held senior cross-regional roles leading multinational teams across Asia-Pacific and European markets, with responsibility for trading and liquidity risk oversight, market risk governance, and execution and liquidity framework optimisation. He has served as a Director and Responsible Manager (RM) across multiple AFSL entities, and the platforms under his remit supported monthly transaction volumes exceeding USD 200 billion.

Kris holds Master’s degrees in Finance and Quantitative Finance (Distinction) from the University of Sydney.

Kevin Fang is a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, with 10+ years of experience in financial services and funds. As Legal Counsel and Responsible Manager at EBC Asset Management, he focuses on fund formation, regulatory compliance, and private credit and equity legal advisory.

He has advised ASX-listed companies, fund managers, trustees and family offices on corporate and funds regulation, and has served as a key person and in compliance and risk committee roles across multiple AFSL entities. He brings a pragmatic, commercially focused approach within Australia’s financial services framework.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Macquarie University and completed legal studies at UNSW, including a Juris Doctor (JD) and postgraduate law studies.

Jonathan Liu has over 20 years of experience in Australian private credit, real estate investment, and wealth management. His expertise spans commercial lending, credit structuring, and portfolio risk management for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

He has held senior roles across credit advisory and financial services firms, with experience in private credit origination and portfolio management involving over AUD 200 million. At EBC, Jonathan leads origination and execution across real estate equity and mortgage-backed credit, and serves on the Investment Committee with responsibility for transaction assessment and structuring.

Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
